How do I become a distributor?

If you like what you see here and wish to stock our range or use our custom make service, then just ask us through sending us an email or calling our Orders Dept. We will be more than happy to guide and help you through.

Is everything on the website in stock?

It is highly recommended that you confirm availability if you have special orders to avoid disappointment.

How long does shipping take?

A.

Delivery may vary from 24hours to main city centres to 48 hours to South Island and rural areas. Special deliveries could be arranged where urgent demand arises and this will be at an extra cost.

How long do customized making take?

A.

Custom made garments could take 4-8 weeks to make and deliver. Timing of orders will also be an important factor.

What is your returns policy?

A.

Garments must be in resaleable condition – in other words, unworn, unwashed, not embellished, and with swing tags attached if applicable.

 

Where garments are faulty, credit will be allowed after garment has been reviewed.

Do you do screenprinting or embroidery?

A.

We offer these services at point of production so we can take care of the whole package for you.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

A.

We don’t have a minimum order quantity on stock items. But if you wish to custom make, then MOQ could be discussed. Extra costs will also apply if there is screenprinting and embroidery involved. A surcharge is also applicable where order quantity is less than MOQ.

We can discuss this further and work on case by case basis.
